The team.
Co-founders Martin and Adrian Gould are brothers who grew up at Tari in Hela Province, in communities that depended on light aircraft and rough airstrips for medicine and supplies. Niubalus exists to fix what they saw first-hand.
Martin Gould
Born in PNG and grew up at Tari in Hela Province. Architect of the PNG Sky Highway plan; leads strategy, investment, regulatory documentation and development-finance partners. Thirty years in electronics and engineering; founder of Audio Technik; installs satellite Wi-Fi, village kiosks and solar systems with Blockchain Melanesia.
Adrian Gould
Born in Goroka and grew up at Tari in Hela Province. Airline Transport Pilot Licence and licensed aircraft maintenance engineer (B1); former chief pilot and head of airworthiness. Leads operations, regulatory approvals, government and client relationships, and pilot training.
Jacky Yanit
From Western Province. Makes sure every base and drone pad is set up with the free, prior and informed consent of landowners and communities, with genuine local benefit.
Dr Julian Robert Kivori
Doctor of Theology. South Pacific director with Capitol Ministries, Centre Director of Ellel Ministries PNG and Senior Pastor of Tokarara Christian Fellowship, Port Moresby — bringing governance experience and long-standing relationships with national leaders.

Approvals
Niubalus has submitted its Unmanned Aircraft Operator Certificate (UAOC) exposition to CASA PNG under Civil Aviation Rules Part 102, prepared by our Remote Chief Pilot, Aidan Herbert.
